The Culinary Hub of Providence (CHOP) is set to redefine dining in downtown Providence with its grand debut. Located in the historic Providence Public Library, CHOP blends modern functionality with historical charm.
CHOP is an initiative by the Genesis Center, spearheaded by its president Shannon Carroll and CHOP Chief Operating Officer Chef Joshua Riazi, designed to strengthen the financial sustainability of the Genesis Center’s culinary training program. This innovative restaurant will serve as a practical training ground for students from the Genesis Center, offering hands-on experience in a real-world setting.
