The Chef Training Program begins with a six week introduction to the professional kitchen. During this course, students learn about the culinary industry and identify a specialized training path. We offer pipelines to entrepreneurship, internships with a variety of employer partners, a non-traditional apprenticeship training program at CHOP.
Our training incorporates food safety, knife skills, line cooking, prep and production techniques, and cuisines of the world.

CHOP is open for dinner and cocktails Wednesday through Friday evenings from 5 to 8pm.
